Vision

At Whitstable Community Church, we're all about 3 main things:

Following Jesus

Like the first disciples we read about in Matthew 4, Jesus invites us to follow Him. This is an invitation into intimacy, obedience, sacrifice and service. It is the relationship we were created to enjoy, and it is worth more than anything else (Phil. 3:8)

Growing together

Jesus is the head of the church and we are His body. As a community we seek to encourage one another and spur one another on to love and good works (Heb.10:24) that we might grow in the knowledge and likeness of Christ (Eph.:13).

Sharing our hope

Jesus has commissioned His church to be the primary means through which God will make his appeal to the world (2 Cor.5:20). Empowered by the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8) we join Jesus in this mission (Matt.28:19-20).
